At Herbiotics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Herbiotics account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
